Meet the Owner/Founder
Hello I'm Sharon Kaur Atwal, a proud mom, wife, daughter, sister and Punjabi woman who has dedicated my entire life to putting my family, husband, and everyone else's needs first. It's a core value in our culture, and I've embraced it with all my heart. However as my kids are older and I've reflected on my life and legacy, I'm on a path to balance that devotion with a passion that has always ignited my spirit - the beauty industry.
Makeup isn't just about colors and brushes for me; it's a form of self-expression and empowerment. I've found that taking time for self-care and pampering has been transformative (and essential to maintaining my sanity), boosting my confidence and helping me shine in my own light. I firmly believe that every woman deserves to feel beautiful and confident in her own skin.
As I navigate this journey, I'm excited to introduce my cosmetic brand, Kaursmetics, to the world. It's carefully crafted with the vibrant and diverse Punjabi community in mind. It's not just about makeup; it's about celebrating our unique culture and heritage through beauty because I truly believe beauty starts at the Kaur. From shades inspired by our vibrant culture to lashes for our beautiful eyes, this brand is a labor of love.
I've always believed that a woman should not solely live in the shadow of her family's success. This brand is my way of leaving my own legacy, something I can be proud of and pass down to future generations. It's a testament to the strength and creativity of Punjabi women. We are so much more than moms, wives, in-laws, sisters and caregivers - we are powerful, beautiful and most importantly, brilliant in the way that we navigate the world and balance all that life demands from us.
