PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1-2 business days processing time for your order to be shipped. During the High Season orders can experience delays to be processed.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive any damaged or defective products, please address your concern to info@kaursmetics.com with the customer name, order number, and photo of the damaged or defective product(s) within 30 days from receipt date. Kaursmetics can only accept orders placed on karsmetics.com. If Kaursmetics considers the items damaged or defective, the product will be replaced by Kaursmetics.com.  If the item is addressed after 30 days the item is not eligible for return. All shipments for the replacement products will be subject to the same shipping service selected for the original order. We will not upgrade shipping service and can only upgrade the shipping service with additional payment from customer.

If your package is incomplete please send a photo of your entire order including the packing slip to info@kaursmetics.com within 10 days from delivery date. Once confirmed by Kaursmetic the missing item(s) will replaced by Kaursmetics.com. After the given timeframe Kaursmetics is subject to deny the mistake inquiry.
